STAR is the 10th anniversary project from Siam Oriental. The condominium is located on Pratamnak Hill, in Pattaya, between 6th and 7th streets. The shuttle bus takes all interested residents, free of charge from the condos of the Siam Oriental company and takes them to Pratamnak Soi 5 (to the beach) and then to Thapppraya Road where public transport (tuk-tuk) goes. Shuttle bus can also pick up residents on the way back to the condos.
On the 1st floor there are commercial units, the office of the management company, and the sales office of the developer Siam Oriental.

Finnish building supervision

The Finnish construction engineer supervises Siam Oriental’s construction sites. Prior to joining Siam Oriental he has been working as one of the largest construction companies in Finland as project manager, being responsible of large projects in Southern Finland. In addition to supervision, he is also responsible for alterations and remodelling of the units as agreed with the buyer. The tropical climate creates challenges for construction. Here we try to keep cold air in and hot air out. Water instead still keeps running into the right direction. Natural ventilation is an important part of the engineering, where Finnish know-how is of great help. In construction special attention is paid to the easy maintenance of the building once it is completed. This ensures cost-savings for buyers in terms of lower maintenance fees.

Location matters

STAR is located in the prestigious Pratamnak district, between Pattaya and Jomtien. Royal Thai family also has a holiday home in the area.
