The idea of creating a Thai Legacy was born in 2012. Having researched the Pattaya market, the founders of the company Marina Timyacheva, Denis Markin, and Maxim Markin came to the conclusion that the most promising business at that time was tourism and real estate. In September 2012, Thai Legacy Travel was established in Chonburi Province. Denis Markin was appointed director of tour agency Thai Legacy Travel, while Marina Timyacheva was responsible for the real estate branch. As for Thailand real estate, Marina Timyacheva has had experience before 2012.
In 2007 she acted as buyer representative and translator in several real estate transactions in Thailand. In 2009 it was personal investing in Thailand real estate. The first project of Thai Legacy Travel was an air tour to Cambodia with Legacy Airlines. At that time, it was a unique offer. The marketing and partnership strategy was developed by the Thai Legacy Travel team, while the route and technical parts were provided by Legacy Air. But due to the difficulties of obtaining documents allowing flights in Thailand, this project failed. At the same time, contracts with well-established tour operators were signed and the tour business was successful. At that time, there was a peak demand for off-plan projects in Pattaya. It was the golden years for the real estate business in Pattaya. Every week parties announce new projects and a lot of tourists dream to buy property near the sea.
In October 2012 Marina Timyacheva, after completing a seminar, organized by the National Association of Realtors and Thai Marketing Organisation, and successfully passing the exam, received a certificate as International Real Estate Specialist. Thai Legacy became the part of National Association of Realtors, the world’s largest real estate organization. Business relations were established with Thai and foreign colleagues, which became an excellent basis for business cooperation.
In the summer of 2014, the real estate branch of the company was separated from travel, and Thai Legacy Co., Ltd. was registered in Chonburi province. Timyacheva Marina was appointed director of the company. The company provides professional brokerage services for the sale and rent of residential and commercial real estate in Thailand. Focusing on off-plan projects.

After the crisis, many buyers of off-plan projects can’t close the last payment with the developer. We, together with the largest financial company in Thailand, can provide financing at …% per annum. We’ve also negotiated some installments for our clients with developers."
In 2018 Thai Legacy Co., Ltd. concentrated on selling second-hand and ready-to-move condominiums and houses.
In 2020, when Covid19 started, due to the market situation, Thai Legacy Co., Ltd. closed its office on Thappraya road and it was a strategy to work from home. Though it was cost reduction effective and work product, it was lack of development.

Some pop-up art decor diverts attention from difficulties and lets to be more playful in work and life. High-tech devices ease the working process. And of course smell…Vanilla for a cozy environment, orange, and bergamot to cheer up and concentrate attention, patchouli for more energy to realize our plans and prosperity. "Now we are concentrating on creating a network of freelance agents in Thailand and around the world. During Covid19 people understood that it can be quite effective to work from home, that in addition to the main work they can have some extra work and have some extra money. That working from home they can have more free time for their hobbies or families.
